Maybe you should unlock those request topics(avatar and title), so that people can actually, ya know, post the requests?

I think the idea was simply to have each member create a new topic for his or her request as they were handled for character work back on Project Epsilon. I could be mistaken though.

Perhaps. Hypothetically it would make it more orderly, though. Whether that's deemed necessary is up R.D. I guess.
