Name: Xurdius
Alias: Chaos Crusader
Age: Unkown
Gender: Male
Nationality: Unkown
Appearance:
Xuridus has black armor with gold trim. Underneath the armor, is nothing but a swirling mass of spirit energy in the colors of gold and purple. This energy gives off a glow around the armor. Near his feet, his glow is a deep purple and as you look closer, the deep purple fades into a bright golden glow near the head. As Xurdius moves, after images of the energy could be seen following him around. The armor cannot be fully taken off, as it is his current body.
Personality: Xurdius has a blind loyalty to his current masters. His undying loyalty to his last master is fueled by his lack of knowledge of his master's death.
He only answers to his current master's orders and doesn't speak at all whatsoever. He uses his mind to contact those around them by implanting knowledge into their brains on what he wants them to know.
As he doesn't speak, you may see him as emotionless. He does have his own emotions, but is incredibly hard to see them unless you were to delve into his own mind yourself.
Possessions:
None
Special Abilities:
Chaos Energy Effects: This energy will deal extra damage to any dark beings, and if any beings that aren't dark are hit by this, a purplish spirit like energy will delve into them, disorienting the mind for a short while. This will cause their vision to be blurred and they'll have trouble speaking straight words or phrases along with clouding their judgement.
Chaos Flash: If an opponent is close enough, Xurdius will lift his arm and a flash of purple and gold energy will burst forward 3 meters, coming from his forearm to this fingertips.
Chaos Beam: A pair of gold and purple swirling beams is launched forth and explodes on contact with anything in the way.
Chaos Weapon Creation: Xurdius's hand twists and fades away, allowing the spirit energy within his armor to spill out into a long stream, creating something similar to a lightsabre. The middle of this stream consists of a dark purplish energy as the outside is blanketed by bight golden energy. The lightsabre can be manipulated into a variety of weapons such as Flails, Warhammers, Lances, Spears, ect. The Chaos Energy rule applies to those who have been hit.
Chaos Pulse: A wave of purple and golden energy spreads outwards from Xurdius in a 10 meter radius as an expanding transparent sphere.
Summon Chaos Elemental: A being made of pure purple and gold chaos energy is formed by manipulating the dark and light energy traces in the area, drawing them to one spot and making the entity. The entity can use all the same attacks as Xurdius (Except Chaos Shield and Wings) as long as they are made of the Chaos Energy, they can even summon other chaos elementals to their aid.
Chaos Wings: Xurdius has the option of letting some energy through his armor on his back, creating himself 6 wings. Each wing has the darker energy on the inside, with the lighter energy on the outside.
Chaos Sheild: Creates a dome of chaos energy around him and any allies nearby, nullifying all attacks except for attacks specifically made to break energy sheilds. If touched by the enemy, he will be thrown back with the Chaos Energy Effects applied. Cannot move while this ability is in effect.
Armor Bond: The spirit within the armor compresses within it and attaches itself to an ally the spirit deems trustworthy enough to wield the spirit's power. The ally can use any and all abilities, other than Necromancy and Self Ressurection, that the spirit has access to.
Necromancy: Reanimates any dead corpses nearby giving them a Chaos Aura, all attacks they perform will have the Chaos Energy Effects applied to them. The corpses say animated for as long as Xurdius uses no Offenisve abilities. These abilities include Chaos Pulse, Chaos Beam, Chaos Flash, and Chaos Weapon Creation. He may still use physical attacks, summons, and Armor Bond. The ally included in Armor Bond may still use offensive abilities as he/she wishes without undoing the Necromancy. Necromancy is also stopped for single corpses if they are damaged with pure energy related to light, other than chaos energy.
History: Quite a few years ago, like halfway through the recorded history of Ymaggion, a group of alchemists, loyal to one of the old gods of Ymaggion tried rebirthing him through a series of combinations of energies. Mainly dark and light.
This old god also seemed to be related to the Nightmares that appear throughout the world, but as Nightmare Energy is extremely difficult manipulate or even get close to, they used a general form of a dark element to replace it. They believed that it has worked... by the sacrifice of a dark spirit and light spirit, they imbued the energies into a crusader's armor.
The result was truly remarkable... Xurdius was born. They do not have a clue if it is an actual reincarnation of the Nightmare God, but they still saw this as a major breakthrough and success.
They ran a series of tests on Xurdius. He was very cooperative, as he has no clue what this is all about or even what his purpose is.
One of the experiments was combat, and they had high hopes that it would bring in good results. They brought Xurdius to fight a powerful demonic entity, and Xurdius lost the battle... As the demonic entity thought him dead, Xurdius somehow regenerated and destroyed his opponent. The alchemists' jaws dropped. Little is known on if he still held this ability afterwords.
Later on in history, the Alchemists have all died out. Leaving Xurdius without purpose, so he stayed where he was left. For years he hasn't moved. Then an old mage found him.. he asked him if he would like work. Xurdius nodded and the old man brought him to his floating tower. The tower's island has just enough space for walking room to get inside and it seemed to reach further past the clouds.
Xurdius was assigned to be a gaurdian to stop anyone from entering, but the old man and his friends. The tower... is quite a masterpiece. It is filled with traps, other monsters, and hidden treasures... as a matter of fact, the entire inside of the tower is another dimension.
The old man, wasn't just some old mage looking for someone as a bodygaurd... It is said that this tower, leads to a paradise of sorts, where people had no fear of living within danger. The old man was in fact an evil entity trying to prevent people from climbing to such freedom. But the evil entity was defeated by other warriors when he started causing problems on certain cities in Ymaggion.
Still loyal to his master, Xurdius continues to gaurd the tower, not knowing of his master's fate. If someone were to bring evidence of his master's death, he'll gladly retire from his current task.
