Wedding Registries are made for when your character decides to get married. Only one of the members needs to post this, but please make sure that you complete the entire form. If one of the threads has not or will not be completed on this site, post that in the section where it is asked of you.
Bride: Post the bride’s profile link and name
Groom: Post the groom’s profile link and name
Proposal Thread: Post the thread where your characters were first engaged.
Wedding Thread: Post the thread where your characters were married.
Settled Town: What city are your characters agreeing to live in from now on?
Child Registries are made for when your characters make the decision to have children, planned or otherwise. If you cannot provide a picture, that's fine, but your child may look less like you than it might have otherwise. Please be sure to fill the complete form out

Mother: Post the mother’s profile link and name, and a picture if you have one.
Spousal status: Where the two characters married? Unmarried characters have a lower chance of conception.
Roleplayer: Who will roleplay the new baby? You may also set this character for adoption if neither parent wants it, and you may still name and decide personality. The adoptive roleplayer will decide on the future abilities and other aspects.
