I think its ok
but that space beneath "In" is kinda like white space... its just there and sitting there all awkward like.

Plain and the in thing really is awkward. Fill that space up with a picture if you could. That would certainly make the place look more appealing.

Hmm, personally I found it a little confusing to read at first. (But that's probably because my eyes don't do so well with vertical lettering like that). The space in the middle is really open, and seems to draw attention. But I don't really know what to do that could fix that.
Also, while I'm a huge fan of blue (nearly my favorite color), maybe a different background color? All I can think is I remember a while back we had some sort of picture/artwork for the site, and it had a green/black background that seemed to capture the feel of the site very well. Perhaps something like that?
*sigh, this is going to sound like I'm complaining, and I truly don't want that, just my thoughts, feel free to disagree*

Indeed that is a great improvement and I like it a lot...just the text is still somewhat awkward. Perhaps centering it more? It'd look better, other wise the picture looks great!

I like it and you made the picture more clear which is great. But why did you make the words smaller? I thought the text size before was alright.
